the staff i encountered at reception were helpful enough.
my room was not clean at all. i found plenty of dust and its like nobody cared to clean it properly. i really didn't expect this from a hotel costing so much.

i noticed some street noise at night, especially during peak hours.

mixed feelings about my stay
dusty room limited breakfast
the staff remain amazing. they seem to go the extra mile.
My room seemed very dirty and full of dust. the breakfast buffet underwhelmed me. The offerings felt limited. no cups were available for lobby coffee. I had to ask for one.
